These doors have lowered because they have been dragging along the track causing one of the alloy ribs to be pulled out of the track and not allowing the door to move properly. Therefore one of the wheels has no base to run along.
The runners will need to be replaced along with the alloy rib on the track

The hinged bifold wheel had been installed with incorrect alignment, resulting in the system operating poorly for some years, causing damage to the wheels and hinges.
New hinges and wheel installed with correct alignment. The whole system was realigned.
