3 Leaf Bifold door was stuck in the open position and the owner could not close the main traffic door (master door) without lifting the door and forcing it over the track.
The door would not line properly in the frame. Accordingly the locks and their accompanying bolts were not meeting with their corresponding lock keeps.

The inline mortised bogies are no longer pivoting, causing the doors to derail. The top guide is also broken, resulting in the doors coming out of the frame when open. Due to the weight of the load replacement of both the bottom bogies and the guide are required.
Master door to seven leaf bi-folding system not locking due to the multi-point locking mechanism being jammed. Temporary repair was carried out to re engage the lock for security reasons. Parts ordered to complete the repair.

Large Timber Bi-Fold doors to a Cafe in Kensigton Gardens not functioning correctly. The hanging runners have been damaged and repaired many times. The master door is hanging on one wheel, rather than 4 wheels, making the setup hazardous.
