Bi-Fold doors not closing due to hinge impinging on the door leaf. The side of the door is damaged due to incorrect screws being used.
Inline hinge splines replaced to reinforce the door together with new hinges. The impingement has caused the top guide to become misaligned, therefore damaging the guide disc, requiring replacement.
UPVC Bi-Fold doors in Walthamstow E17.
Middle bolt not working. The top bolts are working but not reaching the recess. Possible to repair the mechanism without replacing bolt.



Heavier grade aluminium bi-folding doors, which have fallen out of alignment over the years.
The inline mortised bogies are no longer pivoting, causing the doors to derail. The top guide is also broken, resulting in the doors coming out of the frame when open. Due to the weight of the load replacement of both the bottom bogies and the guide are required.







Master door to seven leaf bi-folding system not locking due to the multi-point locking mechanism being jammed. Temporary repair was carried out to re engage the lock for security reasons. Parts ordered to complete the repair.
